The event space is 100 people in the Winter and 140 in the Summer.  It has a big screen television and plenty of space for almost anything. However, I would plan for 100.


Yes, we will accept reservations.  We are working on our online and in-house systems to do so. Stay tuned for details.


Yes, you will find a menu on our new Menu page on this website.


Yes.  Every section of the menu and level of experience contains gluten free options, but always be aware that the kitchen handles all types of culinary materials and any guarantee of complete gluten free status would be foolhardy, as it is in any place that is not completely gluten free at all times.  But, yes.

Absolutely! Keep your eyes open and stay in touch.  We finalize the ads and hiring process in January and February is our primary hiring run.  We should begin training in March.  Look forward to seeing you in early 2026!


We are heavily involved in High School programs (for 25 years), have opened and designed two dozen, are deep in WPHS, and Chef V was the original founding chef of ProStart.
