The event space is 100 people in the Winter and 140 in the Summer. It has a big screen television and plenty of space for almost anything. However, I would plan for 100.

Yes. Every section of the menu and level of experience contains gluten free options, but always be aware that the kitchen handles all types of culinary materials and any guarantee of complete gluten free status would be foolhardy, as it is in any place that is not completely gluten free at all times. But, yes.
As a scratch kitchen with highly educated and creative chefs, we can accommodate nearly all allergies and dietary restrictions! Please note that the risk of specific allergen contact with any ingredient is always present. We also have an in-house bakery with wheat flour, connected to our production kitchen. We cannot promise with 100% certainty that any product will be safe from cross-contact, but we can do our best to accommodate your specific needs!
There are no plans for private lockers at this point, but we have a beautiful 800-bottle wine room that'll have a strong variety of labels, producers, regions, and varietals that the list will continually expand over time. :)

We are heavily involved in High School programs (for 25 years), have opened and designed two dozen, are deep in WPHS, and Chef V was the original founding chef of ProStart.
Downstairs we're talking sharp, logo'd bar shirts, with our signature red color as a prominent accent. Upstairs we're going to have a more formal buttoned down look, with staff in vests and sharp aprons. The idea is guests should see the staff and think,"Yeah, I'm going to be taken care of here."
Service dogs will be allowed, as we follow all laws and guidelines regarding service animals. Pets (well-behaved) will be able to join their family on the outdoor patio only.
We appreciate the question. We do not have any active plans for live music, but we may explore some possibilities after we get past the openings.

Just to clarify and correct the record: early news reports, unfortunately, included an error. TAVA House will not be operating a culinary on-site school. That said, our cooks will receive on-site hands-on mentoring as part of our commitment to excellence and professional development—but there is no culinary school associated with TAVA House.
